Risk Assessment

Car Park.

When in the car park we have to be careful of cars that are using the car park, and as we are on the roof of the car park and it is quite high up, we have to be careful of not going to close to the edge and being silly as it is a big drop!

Around The Town.

When we film around Windsor Town, we have to be careful when we film at night, making sure we are safe and no one feels threatened by us or the camera. We have to choose the location correctly and make sure it safe. In the day time, the risk is allot less as there will be more people around.

Bridge Over the Motorway.

Again this is a fairly dangerous location if we are not careful and act stupid. The Motorway we will be over is the M4 which is a major and busy motorway. Again in the day it is allot safer as we can see what we are doing clearer. At night we must be careful not to cause any injures or accidents, and on the bridge we must be very serious about the possible danger.

Contacting the Artist

I tried contacting Kid Cudi via Twitter but I am still without a reply regarding permission to use his song "Day 'N' Nite" in our music video. I anticipated that I would not receive a reply via his personal network page on twitter so I also sent an e-mail to his record label G.O.O.D Music seeing as they would be in charge of making these kind of decisions..I am still waiting for a reply.

CD Cover Design (Practice)

 Below is the CD cover that I created using various images from the internet just as an outline for our final digipack. Creating the main look of the CD cover took me a few lessons and then with the help of george we added the information on the front and back. I originally did this to experiment with the various tools at my disposal on Photoshop and I feel that I created something pretty nice.

Our final digipack will be something similar to this, it will have the day and night theme with similar locale and images that we have gathered ourselves. 

Photoshop -Magazine Advert (Outline)

George was the main creator of this practice magazine advert which we decided to make so we could outline what ours would look like once we came to making it.
We made this using the general conventions of a magazine advert which generically include a bold main image, the date of the album's release, album name, song name, name of the artist/band and the record label they are on. Using images found on the internet, we followed these conventions and George managed to come up with this design on computer from the initial sketch we did.

Practice Magazine Advert Sketch

Here is a simple sketch of the practise magazine advert we are going to make so we can clearly outline what we want our final one to look like. The sketch is really simple as we may want to tweak some things and add more images/text etc..
